General Info on Singapore School System Usual academic subjects: English, Mathematics & Science. All students must take a 2nd Language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil). Most would opt for Mandarin. All students are required to take up Sports Activities and join Recreation Clubs. During Term Holidays, school would organize Enrichment Courses: Leadership skills training, Internet Courses, Outward-Bound Camps, Presentation Skills Training, Creative Thinking Skills, etc..
